ATE MAX: what a 60-metre coverage diameter really means
October 20, 2026When a device remains in a living space, its appearance matters too. The ATE LC30 PULSE combines a white casing with mains operation in the Humidistop range intended for rising damp. Its integration into the room should go hand in hand with a suitable installation position.
Balance appearance and installation requirements
The PULSE belongs to the electromagnetic range and advertises a coverage diameter of 30 m. This is a distance, not an area in square metres. A discreet device should still be positioned according to its manual: do not conceal it or change its position merely for appearance. Consult the installation video and manual to prepare the connection. No chemical injection into the walls is required.
Start with the cause of the damp
These devices are intended for walls affected by rising damp. They do not treat plumbing leaks, penetrating damp or condensation. Identifying the cause before ordering helps you choose the appropriate response and compare devices on a sound basis.
Allow for gradual drying
Wall drying is progressive and depends on the building, materials, wall coverings, ventilation and installation conditions. The indicative period of 18–24 months is not a guarantee of complete drying. A larger coverage diameter does not, by itself, mean faster results.
Prepare your purchase with the right information
The product pages contain the current price, installation video and manual. Compare the coverage with your layout and read the instructions before choosing a position. If your building has an unusual shape or several connected spaces, our team can help you compare the options.
