🏠 Wall Moisture Control Device ATE MAX WHITE – Wall Drying & Rising Damp

Premium solution against moisture and rising damp

This device is a wall-drying solution designed to treat wall moisture linked to rising damp, including in large buildings, older homes, or areas highly exposed to humidity. Groundwater rises through porous materials and eventually leaves walls damp, impacting comfort and the condition of the building.

Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion principle, it delivers a progressive action at the source—without any chemicals and without invasive work.

With an operating range of 30 metres (60 m diameter), this model is suited to large areas and more complex moisture situations, when a premium solution is needed for long-lasting wall drying.

⚙️ How it works

Damp walls naturally generate an electrical potential difference that causes water to rise from the ground. This system emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the polarity of water molecules in porous materials (brick, stone, etc.).

→ This polarity change forces moisture to move back down by gravity toward the foundations.

✔️ The process is continuous, silent, and non-invasive.

🎯 Expected results

With correct installation and by following the recommendations, drying results are generally visible within 18 to 24 months, depending on the building structure and the level of moisture.

🛠️ Installation recommendations

📍 Height: install between 30 and 100 cm from the floor
📏 Distance: at least 1.50 m from any electronic device
🧱 Surface: load-bearing damp wall only (never on partitions or wall linings)
🖼 Mounting: like a wall frame – do not move after installation
⚡ Power: must remain plugged in permanently (very low consumption)

💡 Tips for optimal drying

🔧 Remove waterproof coatings: scrape 10–20 cm above the affected area to let the wall “breathe”
💨 Ensure good ventilation: mechanical ventilation (VMC), air vents, doors undercut by 1.5–2 cm
🧱 Restore walls after drying: brush off surface salts, then apply a lime plaster with an anti-salt additive
🌧 Add drainage if needed: in case of lateral infiltration or water pressure

⚠️ Good to know

It is designed to treat rising damp.
It does not replace treatments for:

❌ Active water ingress
❌ Flood-related damage
❌ Visible mould issues

➡️ These cases require additional complementary solutions.
