🏠 Electronic Wall Drying System ATE LC30 BLACK – Wall Drying & Rising Damp
Wall drying – An electromagnetic solution against rising damp
Wall moisture is a common issue, often linked to rising damp: groundwater naturally rises through porous building materials such as brick, stone, or plaster. Over time, this phenomenon can weaken the structure, reduce thermal comfort, and encourage the development of mould.
This device is a wall-drying solution designed to support the drying of damp walls without injecting chemical products. Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion technology, it acts at the source of rising moisture in a progressive way, without invasive works.

⚙️ How does the ATE LC30 work?
Each wall generates a natural electrical potential that draws moisture upward. This system emits low-frequency electromagnetic impulses that reverse the polarity of these fields. Water molecules are then redirected downward, naturally returning to the foundations.
This process is continuous, silent, autonomous, and requires no maintenance.

🎯 Effectiveness and results
When the device is installed correctly and used according to the recommendations, significant drying results are generally observed within 18 to 24 months, depending on the building structure, the condition of the walls, and compliance with guidelines.
🛠️ Installation tips
Height: 30 cm to 1 m from the floor, on a load-bearing or partition wall (preferably damp)
Distance: at least 1.50 m from other electronic devices
Mounting: hang like a picture and avoid moving it after installation
Power: must remain plugged in continuously (very low consumption)
💡 Tips to optimise drying
Remove waterproof coverings 10–20 cm above affected areas
Ensure good ventilation: install a ventilation system or adjust door undercuts/airflow paths
After drying, brush off surface salts, then redo plasters with a lime mortar and anti-salt additive
Plan drainage if lateral infiltrations are present (hydrostatic pressure)
⚠️ Important information
This device does not treat:
Active water ingress (roof leaks, flooding)
Mould already present on the walls
➡️ These issues must be addressed separately to ensure long-term effectiveness.
