Wall drying without electricity – A natural and long-lasting solution against damp

It is an anti-damp device designed as a wall-drying solution to combat wall dampness linked to rising damp. This natural phenomenon occurs when groundwater rises through porous materials such as brick or stone, leaving walls damp over time.

It acts at the source thanks to a passive geomagnetic field that aims to reverse the polarity of water molecules, supporting a gradual reduction in rising moisture.

Best practices for maximum effectiveness

Installation on a shelf or inside a cabinet (under conditions)

This system can be placed on a shelf or inside a closed piece of furniture (wardrobe, cupboard) on the ground floor, under these conditions:

The support must be stable and secured to prevent any movement

The device must be firmly secured with strong double-sided tape or a stable base

Position between 1.50 m and 2.00 m from the floor

At least 1.50 m away from any electrical source (except standard wall sockets)

Oriented towards magnetic north (compass or app)

Once installed, the device must not be moved.

It is not necessary to place it directly on a damp wall. Positioning it in the centre of the treated area often ensures optimal distribution of the geomagnetic field.

Ventilation

Ensure adequate ventilation in the home

Install mechanical ventilation (VMC) if necessary

Check that doors have the correct clearance (1.5–2 cm)

Add window vents if needed

Preparatory work

Remove waterproof coverings at the base of the wall (10 cm above the damp marks)

Wait 18 to 24 months for complete drying before any renovation

Wall restoration

Brush off salts on the surface

Redo renders/plaster with a lime-based mortar and an anti-salt additive for long-lasting protection

Drainage (in case of lateral water ingress)

Install a perimeter drain to prevent water accumulation around the foundations

Important note

It is designed to treat rising damp only. It does not replace:

Waterproofing against water ingress from cracks or sloping ground

Managing damage caused by flooding

Treating mould already present on the surface
