🏠 Electronic Wall Drying System ATE MAX BLACK – Wall Drying & Rising Damp
Wall drying – The premium solution against rising damp
Wall moisture is a common issue in many buildings, often linked to rising damp: groundwater rises through porous materials such as brick, stone, or mortar. Over time, this wall moisture can cause mould, salt deposits, unpleasant odours, and a feeling of reduced thermal insulation.
This is a wall-drying solution based on electromagnetic polarity inversion technology. Designed to support the progressive drying of damp walls, it works without chemicals and without invasive work.
With coverage of up to 60 metres in diameter, this model is particularly well suited to large spaces and older buildings, when rising moisture affects multiple areas and a premium solution is required.

⚙️ How does the ATE MAX work?
Walls naturally generate an electrical potential difference with the ground, which encourages moisture to rise.
This system emits a low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the polarity of water molecules contained in the walls.
➡️ Result: moisture is redirected and moves back down toward the foundations. The wall gradually dries naturally, without damaging the structure.

🎯 Effectiveness and results
With correct installation and by following the recommendations, drying is generally visible within 18 to 24 months, depending on the building type and the level of moisture.
🛠️ Installation tips
Mounting height: 30 cm to 1 m above the floor
Wall type: damp load-bearing wall (never on a lining or dry partition)
Distance: at least 1.5 m from any electronic device
Power: keep permanently plugged in (very low consumption)
Position: do not move the device after installation
💡 Tips for optimal results
Remove waterproof coatings (paints, film-forming plasters) 10 cm above the damp area to let the wall “breathe”.
Ensure effective ventilation (mechanical ventilation/VMC, air vents, adjusted doors and windows).
After drying: brush off surface salts and apply a lime-based plaster with an anti-salt additive.
Install drainage in case of lateral water ingress.
⚠️ Treatment limitations
It is designed to treat rising damp.
It does not replace:
Repairs related to cracks, infiltrations, or water leaks
Treatments for mould or flood-related damage
👉 These issues require additional, specific solutions.
