🏠 Electronic Wall Drying System ATE LC30 WHITE – Wall Drying & Rising Damp
A long-lasting solution against rising damp
Wall moisture is often linked to rising damp: groundwater naturally rises through porous materials such as brick or stone. This phenomenon affects both old and newer buildings and can lead to mould, visible damage, a feeling of poor insulation, and everyday discomfort.
This is a wall-drying solution designed to support the progressive drying of damp walls without chemical products. Its electromagnetic polarity inversion principle aims to act at the source of rising moisture, with an approach that respects building materials and requires no invasive work.
⚙️ How the ATE LC30 works
Each wall creates a natural electrical potential with the ground, which encourages water to rise. This system acts directly on the root cause by emitting very low-frequency electromagnetic impulses that reverse the polarity of the water within the walls.
Water molecules are then redirected back toward the ground and gradually evaporate, enabling long-lasting drying without damaging the structure.

💡 Using the ATE LC30
This is a non-invasive solution for rising damp. It gradually pushes moisture back down toward the ground, allowing walls to dry while preserving the structure and indoor comfort.
Expected results: complete drying within 18 to 24 months depending on configuration and installation.
🛠️ Installation tips
Placement: 30 cm to 1 m from the floor on a damp load-bearing wall, never on a lining (plasterboard, insulation, etc.).
Distance: minimum 1.5 m from electronic or electrical devices.
Mounting: hang like a picture and do not move after installation.
Power: keep plugged in continuously; very low consumption.
✅ Tips for optimal drying
Remove waterproof coatings 10–20 cm above damaged areas.
Ensure good ventilation (VMC/mechanical ventilation, window vents, adjusted doors).
After drying, brush off surface salts and apply a lime-based plaster with an anti-salt additive.
Install drainage if there are lateral infiltrations linked to hydrostatic pressure.
⚠️ Important information
Results depend on wall thickness, material, finishes/coatings, and following the instructions.
It does not replace treatments for:
Active water ingress
Flooding
Existing mould
➡️ These issues must be treated separately to ensure long-lasting drying.
